The Fremont Symphony Orchestra will be performing as a full orchestra at the Lander Valley High School Auditorium at 7 PM. Tickets will be available by October 1. The Guest artist is Salzburger Echo.

Rebecca Murdock, FSO Director
Rebecca Murdock founded the FSO with local Fremont County string players in 1985. She took over the baton in 1988 and has been the Musical director since. Rebecca has a private studio string program, the Wyoming Suzuki String School, which has impacted hundreds of student musicians in the area for the past 35 years. She is also a professional cellist and orchestral musician. Ms. Murdock has performed as a student musician with the St. Paul Civic Symphony and the University of Wyoming Symphony (principal cellist). Professionally, she has performed with the Spokane Symphony, the Wyoming Symphony, and Powder River Symphony. Rebecca has been responsible for bringing many world class soloists as well as local professional soloists to perform with the FSO. As an adjunct faculty member of Central Wyoming College, she was awarded “Music Teacher of the Year” in 2000.
